Over the weekend I finished creating the layers and started printing a new screenprint. This is for a portfolio exchange. I’ll need twelve prints. I’m hoping to make an edition of fifty of these. This is a simple 11x14 three color print. This work is developing into a series of works were I focus on color, as well as experiment the inks and with layering. In screenprinting, separating the color layers and seeing them burned individually on a screen always generates new ideas. I’m looking forward to experimenting more with these layers.
